In 1889, the world is on the pinnacle of great discoveries in technology. This show was pretty good overall. interesting characters. a good sound track and ''not counting episode 27'' good animation for the most part. I would recommend the dub for this show. it's pretty good for it's time, I must say. The only really bad ting I can say is the island episodes. They dragged the show down from its full potential.
